Privacy & cookies

This notice covers Guy Kogen's Xethra outreach-services website at xethra.com, its question assistant and strategy-call booking form. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to guy_kogen@xethra.com. It does not describe the separate iZop social-media product or a client's campaign processing.

Information you provide

The booking form collects your name, email address, selected appointment time and acknowledgement of this notice. The assistant processes the questions you submit and a short recent conversation history. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, private lead lists or sensitive personal information. Hosting services may process IP addresses, request metadata and technical logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

How information is used

Information is used to answer your questions, discuss requested services, reserve appointments, send booking-related messages and protect the website. Where applicable, these activities rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, or legitimate interests in operating a secure business. This form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers and AI

Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores appointment records and manages private owner authentication. Shared calendar availability checks use the existing iZop Google Calendar adapter; the public site receives available times, not calendar-event details. Resend may deliver booking confirmations. When AI is available, submitted chat text and recent messages are sent to the configured OpenAI or OpenRouter service and its selected model provider to produce a response. If the AI service is unavailable, a local service guide provides general answers and is labeled accordingly.

These providers can process information in countries outside your own. Their applicable privacy terms and transfer arrangements govern their processing. Provider retention can differ from this website's own storage. Contact Guy if you need the currently configured AI provider before using the assistant.

Retention and access

The website does not save assistant conversations to its application database; messages remain in the open page's memory until the conversation is closed or the page is reloaded. AI providers and infrastructure may retain requests under their own terms. Appointment records remain in the private operations calendar until removed under the business's retention process. You can request deletion or correction by email. Records needed to resolve disputes, fulfill an agreement or comply with obligations may be retained longer. Only authorized owner access exposes the private operations interface.

Cookies and local storage

The public portfolio does not add advertising pixels, third-party video embeds or analytics cookies. Necessary hosting or security technology may still operate. Signing in to the private workspace uses authentication cookies and local storage, including a saved theme preference. Booking controls and chat do not require visitors to create an account. Links to Upwork and Google reviews open their services, which have their own privacy and cookie practices.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is used. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Send requests to the address above; identity verification may be needed before information is disclosed or changed.

Client lead data

This website does not expose or distribute the source contact database. Any lead sourcing or campaign engagement requires a separate agreed scope, including data provenance, permitted use, validation, retention and the responsibilities of each party. A contact record or successful verification does not itself establish permission to send marketing.
