Information and service scope

Website content is general information. A call booking or assistant conversation does not create a paid engagement. Deliverables, fees, timing, acceptance criteria, account access, data responsibilities, cancellation and any ongoing support are agreed separately in a written proposal or platform contract before work begins.

Ownership and third-party costs

Client accounts and subscriptions remain under the client's control. Domain registration, Google or Microsoft accounts, Instantly, AI tools and verification services may require separate subscriptions or usage fees. Specific integrations depend on provider availability, plan eligibility and granted permissions. No partnership or endorsement by those providers is implied.

Results and portfolio evidence

Case-study outcomes are historical figures reported in Guy's portfolio. They have not been independently audited and are not forecasts. Reviews are selected attributed client statements. Campaign replies, positive replies, interested prospects, booked calls and revenue are different measures. Deliverability practices cannot guarantee inbox placement, reply rates, meetings or revenue.

Lead sourcing and responsible outreach

Database size describes approximate source-record access, not unique, fresh or contactable prospects. Lead delivery must be scoped for relevance, current verification, data provenance and permitted use. Clients and service providers must comply with applicable privacy, direct-marketing and anti-spam requirements, honor opt-outs, maintain suppression lists and follow mailbox-provider policies. The engagement must establish the appropriate processing terms and responsibilities for the relevant jurisdictions.

AI-assisted work

The website assistant may make mistakes and cannot approve a project scope, promise pricing, access private operations or book an appointment on its own. Use the booking form to reserve a time. In client campaign systems, consequential actions such as launching, sending or deleting use the agreed review and approval process; a conversational interface does not remove human responsibility.

Appointments

A slot is reserved only after the booking form confirms success. Availability is checked against the shared calendar and can change. Save the calendar file shown after confirmation. If you found Guy through Upwork, keep pre-contract communication and relevant contracting and payments on Upwork as required by its rules. This website is not an invitation to bypass a platform agreement.

Acceptable use and rights

Do not attempt to access the private workspace without authorization, abuse the booking form or assistant, upload malicious material, or misuse personal data. Client and provider names remain their owners' trademarks. Website availability is not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This page may be updated as services or the website change. A separately signed engagement agreement or applicable platform contract governs the services it covers.
